Here are some special memories shared by family and friends.
Mrs. Cronin aka Kitty was a true force of nature. She was a staunch advocate for, not only Denny but, all of his friends. Although we certainly gave her many anxious moments throughout the years, she always defended us against others' criticisms. Mrs. Cronin was tough, but fair, loyal and protective. She will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure to have left shoes in her hallway.

You always felt welcome in Mrs. Cronin's home. It was like having another Mom in the neighborhood. If you were Denny's friend, then you were connected to her as well. She'd worry about you, tell you what she thought about whatever you were doing and she'd worry about you. Family. If you knew her (and her husband for that matter), you were a better person for it. As the Mother of my friend, a former track man of Hudson County fame, she has run her life's race, may she rest in peace.

I think that Mrs. Cronin, along with her dear departed husband, wrote the book on parenting. From our earliest days at St. Anne's, throughout high school, college and beyond to raising our own children, one could always count on the Cronins telling you like it is, the real deal. Always sincere and caring, making you feel like family. God Bless.

Very sad to hear about the loss of this Casbah S.C. matriarch. However, I have no doubt that she is dancing the Charleston, Foxtrot, Jitterbug & Hokey Pokey??? in Heaven with her beloved Dinny. I am just as certain that she is gathering with her fellow JC Heights neighbors that have gone B4 her including T. Bone, Mr.Tag, M/M Zim, Mr.Del, Big Ed H. & the mystical John L., sharing stories about their wacky children. Sending heartfelt condolences, along with much love & kisses, to Denny(1st Grp.),Lynn, Coleen & Kelly???. May she Rest in eternal Peace???

A real dame...Mrs C loved her family and their associates... for better or worse. She always smiled when she saw Denny around his friends and couldnÔ??t figure why they loved Dinny and her just as much...but we all knew they were special people. A class act and we will miss but never forget her. All our thoughts are with the Cronin family.

Dear Cronin family, I am so sorry to have read of the recent death of your loved one Catherine. Please accept my most sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be very comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28,29 and Revelation 21:3-5. These verses tell us that soon Jehovah God through his son Christ Jesus is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones, as well as do away with all the causes we have for suffering including sickness and death. Knowing this has always comforted me when I've lost loved ones and it is my hope that these thoughts will likewise comfort your family also during this most difficult time in your lives. If you would like to read these Scriptures online for free or find more comforting thoughts, please visit jw.org Please accept my deepest sympathy on your loss. My deepest condolences for the lost of your love one. I know how it feels to lose a love one that is the hardest thing to go through. When I lost my mother what helped me and gave me comfort where the words of Revelacion 21:3;4 that says Ô??God will wipe away all tears and death will be no more Ô??I truly hope that these words will also bring you comfort in this time of grief as it did for me.
