Patricia Murphy

Patricia Murphy, 62, passed away, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, December, 11, 2016.  Born in Jersey City, Patricia was a lifelong resident until moving to Secaucus ten years ago.  She was employed as an Administrative Assistant for Hudson County Community College and was a former member of The St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee.

Patricia is the beloved wife of Thomas Schwartz; devoted mother of Robert Alvarez and Kristin Alvarez, (Robert Albern); dear step-mother of Thomas Schwartz, (Colleen) and step-grandmother to James Schwartz; loving sister of Dennis Murphy, (Margaret Ribustelli); dear aunt of Hector Lopez, Jr., and Kristal Lopez; great aunt of Angelina, Alexander and Charlotte.

Visitation will be held at McLaughlin Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 14, 2016, from 2 to 8 PM.  Family and friends are asked to assemble directly at St. Anne's Church in Jersey City on Thursday morning at 10 AM for the Funeral Mass.

Cremation will be held privately.
