Joan was one of the most special person I have ever known. Hard worker, loved her family unconditionally, generous, selfless, loved her faith and was always kind and thoughtful. Always put everyone else first. She will be missed and may she now rest in peace with her son.

Joan will always be remembered by her Ohio family as a strong, witty, selfless "Aunt" who would travel to Ohio to celebrate and share in many family events. She will be sadly missed and I send my condolences to her husband Jim and daughter Cynthia and all the family at this sad time.

I am sure that Jamie held his loving Mother in His arms as She passed into Paradise. Joan was a wonderful selfless person and will live in our hearts forever. We love You Jim & Milena
Aunt Joanie....had a spirit of hospitality like no other. Her incredible empathy for the downtrodden (especially children) was obvious but probably what sticks out most for me about her was her unapologetic desire for truth. She was strong which can comfort us for she will be rewarded in heaven. No more suffering, Aunt Joan! But I will miss you.
