Deborah Ann Khiry

Deborah Ann Khiry, "Debbie", passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016, surrounded by her husband, daughters and sons in law.  She will always be a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother "Setu".

Debbie is survived by her beloved husband, Mahmoud Khiry, four devoted daughters, Serina Ann Stark, Jasmine Forsyth, Emira Roman and Lila Khiry; her parents, Beverly Ann and Calvin Hinsey; two brothers, Michael and Patrick Hinsey and six cherished grandchildren, Dean, Cara, Mason, Myles, Cole and Wes.  Debbie is predeceased by her brother, Edward Hinsey.

She will be remembered not only for her beautiful smile and the love she showed for her husband, daughters and family, but also for the kindness she showed for everyone.

Our Mom was the strongest and braveest woman we have ever met. She made being perfect look easy.  An incredible role model, friend and Mother, she did a job well done.  Heaven definitely gained another angel.  Deborah was taken too soon but will never be forgotten.

A Memorial Tribute and Prayer Service will be held at McLaughlin Funeral Home on Thursday, May 5, 2016, from 1 to 4 PM for all family and friends.

Here are some special memories shared by family and friends.
Mom, Not a minute goes by that I'm not thinking about you. Your smile. Your laugh and the wonderful way you smell. I feel incomplete but know you are in a better place. My boys will forever know their situ and have nothing but amazing memories of you. Because that's all I have of you is wonderful memories. I love and miss you more then you know. I could go on and on but will stop for now. You know how I feel. I love you today, tomorrow and always. I know you are dancing up in heaven!

Mrs. Khiry took me in as if I was 1 of her own. She was always kind to me and never judged. Always supported me just like her girls. I will always remember you. I am so glad me and you were able to speak recently. I love you and I know you will always be watching over everyone. Til we meet again. Tray

God had a plan for his loving child & had Edward standing at the top of stairway to Heaven to greet his sister as Angel Gabriel led her up to her home. Her smile & love for all she met is even brighter. She was always strong & at peace & is letting you know to be happy for her. She will wipe those tears away. Being my first born & only daughter she was, is, & always in my heart. Due to illness, I can not be with the family. However, know I am with you in spirit. Love to all in this world & the next. Your loving mother, grandmother, & friend, Beverly

I remember Debbie when I was a child, growing up in the neighborhood. She always had a smile on her face. She was warm, kind and generous towards me. I'm saddened that she has passed, but deep down, I know she is at peace. Jalmir Walsh-St.Joseph's Parish
